You're invited to our first-ever joint meeting with our friends at the Puget Sound Relocation Council! The first annual Cascade Conference will be hosted at The Sentinel Hotel in Portland, Oregon.
Why "Cascade Conference"?
The name reflects the natural connection between our Seattle and Portland regional groups, just as the Cascade Mountain Range links the two cities. This joint meeting celebrates our shared goals and regional unity.
We’re excited to bring our communities together right here in the Pacific Northwest. Stay tuned over the coming weeks for more details.

Actually, You Can: The Reckless Optimist’s Guide to Becoming the Proof of What’s Possible
Keynote by Jessi Duley, Founder of BurnCycle & The Reckless Optimists
This isn’t just a keynote. It’s a wake-up call for anyone who's been carrying too much for too long.
In a world hellbent on burnout, Jessi Duley offers a radically human, high-voltage alternative: become the proof of what’s possible — even in the mess, even when it’s hard, especially when you’re tired. With lived experience, deep insight, and contagious energy, Jessi shares what she’s learned from building businesses, raising kids, navigating crises, and leading leaders — all while protecting the spark that makes life worth living.
This keynote is a rallying cry for the resilient. It’s for the ones who lead with heart, rebuild without applause, and show up every damn day. You’ll leave with a fresh perspective, a grounded framework, and a renewed connection to your value, your energy, and your joy.
Because when the pressure is high, the path unclear, and the stakes real — sometimes you just need someone in your corner to remind you: Actually, YOU Can.

Get Ready to Give Back at the Cascade Conference!
We’re supporting Project 48 this year by collecting non-perishable food and toiletries for youth impacted by foster care. Bring your donations to the conference—let’s fill the truck and make a real impact!
PRC vs. PSRC: Which region can load their truck first? The loser’s president may get a sweet surprise.
Out-of-towners: Grab items at Whole Foods (1210 NW Couch St, Portland) or donate cash on-site.
A list of top donation items is coming soon. Plus, our popular 50/50 raffle is back—half to the winner, half to Project 48.
