2019 PRC Spring Education Meeting

  • These are members involved directly in the relocation of their organization usually in HR or Mobility Roles
  • For Employees of companies who provide services to corporations relocation programs and who have not paid annual membership dues to PRC
  • Employees of companies that provide services to companies who relocation employees. Membership must be paid and active for reduced registration rate.

We are excited to host the meeting at the beautiful Loft at 8th Ave in downtown Portland.  Our educational topics include a comprehensive industry update, a discussion on the changing dynamics of traditional assignments, followed by a closer look at Brexit and the global impacts.

Things to Know about this Meeting with the PRC:

9:30am to 11am  Educational Field Trip at JOIN Day Center

Learn more about real life scenarios and stories that come through the JOIN Day Center.  Hear from JOIN employees and volunteers about the organization, success stories and outcomes, as well as discussions with the outreach counselors. Gain insight on the realities of homelessness in our communities and how PRC can make a difference.

Move for Hunger - 100 Can Challenge! - Please participate in our goal of collecting 100 cans for the Move for Hunger drive. This is a friendly competition to see which relocation industry group can donate the most cans. Each member's name tag will have a colored sticker, indicating which industry container to drop the can in near the door. All food will benefit the local charity JOIN.

Transportation: The PRC has Lyft codes to assist for getting to the May 2nd meeting. Simply download the Lyft app onto your phone and use coupon code 2019PRCSPRING.

New Members and First Time Attendees - there will be a table right at the door with a greeter and someone to help guide you through your first PRC experience!
